Is there a raging storm within? Where does this storm originate from?
Prov 3:5-10 (KJV) Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil.
It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones.
Honour the LORD with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase:
So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine.
Phil 4:4-9 (KJV) Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, rejoice.
Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.
Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just,
whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report;
if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.
Worries and concerns can trouble us within. This passage teaches us to put our trust in the Lord and not our own understanding.
Often we meditate and ponder about situations in our mind. We predict outcomes that are negative and this causes us to think negatively about them.
This causes us to lose inner peace and troubled within.
The bible teaches us that we are to meditate upon things that are true, honest, just, pure, lovely and of a good report.
Don't worry about anything but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
Pray and believe. Stop worrying.
When you start to see failure and everything associated with failure in your own mind then this is unbelief.
The enemy wants you to meditate upon destruction because he is a destroyer. These thoughts are not true.
They are not honest they are a lie from hell. God made you to succeed in life.
